This page gives Meta reviewers a clean path to verify HoneyAI CRM's WhatsApp onboarding, messaging, webhook evidence, and public compliance links without exposing access tokens, app secrets, registration PINs, or customer data.

Product Context & Scope:

Our clients are small and medium businesses that use WhatsApp as a primary sales and support channel. They use HoneyAI CRM to centralize WhatsApp conversations, assign chats to team members, respond to customer inquiries, send approved template messages, automate simple support/sales flows, classify leads, and use uploaded business documents/catalog data to assist with accurate customer replies.

The product is designed for opted-in customer communication and inbound conversation management, not unauthorized messaging. When automation cannot answer safely, the conversation is handed off to a human agent in the shared inbox.

WhatsApp messaging

Reviewers can confirm an inbound WhatsApp message appears in the shared inbox and that a CRM reply is delivered through the WhatsApp Cloud API.

Proof-backed setup

Sender readiness is based on connected WABA state, app subscription state, and live webhook evidence. Manual onboarding remains an operator fallback while Embedded Signup is pending.

Secret handling

Meta access tokens, app secrets, webhook verify tokens, and registration PINs are handled server-side and must not be included in screenshots or review notes.

Reviewer access path

  1. Sign in with the temporary reviewer account shared through Meta's secure review channel.
  2. Open /go-live and confirm the review workspace and connected WhatsApp sender.
  3. Open /inbox, send a WhatsApp message to the connected sender, and confirm it appears in the CRM.
  4. Reply from the CRM during WhatsApp's customer service window and confirm delivery in WhatsApp.
  5. Review the privacy, terms, and data deletion links below before completing the review.

Reviewer credentials should be temporary, scoped to a review workspace, shared only through Meta's secure review channel, and rotated or deleted after review.
