1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using HoneyAI CRM, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations.
2. Service Description
HoneyAI CRM provides a B2B SaaS platform for managing WhatsApp Business communication, including AI-powered agents, catalog synchronization, and shared inbox management.
3. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities that occur under their account. You must comply with Meta's WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, WhatsApp Business Terms, Commerce Policy, template rules, and all applicable messaging, consent, privacy, and consumer protection laws.
4. WhatsApp Messaging Rules
You may only contact WhatsApp users when you have the required consent and lawful basis to do so. Free-form replies may only be sent within WhatsApp's customer service window after a user message. Outside that window, you must use approved WhatsApp message templates for their approved purpose and honor opt-out, block, or unsubscribe requests.
5. Prohibited and Restricted Uses
You may not use HoneyAI CRM to send spam, misleading messages, unauthorized bulk messaging, illegal content, regulated goods or services without required approvals, or content that violates Meta, WhatsApp, or applicable law. We may suspend or restrict accounts that create compliance, security, deliverability, or platform-policy risk.
6. Fees and Payments
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HoneyAI CRM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.
